MasQue 2009- mask theatre festival

Teatteri Metamorfoosi will organize the second international mask theatre festival in Helsinki, Finland  24.-27.09 2009. The festival will be held at Stoa the Cultural Centre of Eastern Helsinki. 

We aim to create a festival tradition which brings mask theatre culture more visible in the Finnish cultural life.

MasQue- festival will be also a meeting point between professional finnish and international mask theatre makers.

During the four days festival we want to represent the diverse world of mask theatre through performances, workshops, lectures and exhibitions.
